POST-IT PEARLS

Learners will be more likely to remember things that they experience through multiple senses, so after they see a patient and listen to your teaching point, take a moment to jot down the concept on a shared piece of paper, white board, or Post-it note. Learners do not even necessarily have to be present for you to write things down; you can always leave teaching points for them to discover later or as reminders of prior conversations. Then leave them behind for the benefit of the next shift!

Love teaching with post-its but want to have even more impact?  Consider Post-It Plus, a free app that will digitize your handwritten notes so you can share them even more widely! You can also create digital notes from scratch.

Use a Sharpie on

Post-its for maximum IMPACT!
